FAQ
Questions before you begin
- What is a birth chart?
- A birth chart is a map of the sky at the exact moment and place you were born. It shows where the Sun, Moon and planets were positioned, and astrologers read those positions as a symbolic portrait of your personality, tendencies and themes in life.
- How is my report personalized?
- Your report is generated from the birth information you provide: your name, date of birth, time of birth and birth place. Those details determine your unique planetary placements, houses and aspects, and the interpretations are written around them.
- What information do I need?
- Your name, date of birth, birth time and birth place. That's it — no account, no password.
- What if I don't know my exact birth time?
- That's okay. We can still create your report, although some parts of your birth chart — especially your rising sign and house placements — may be less precise without an exact birth time.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. It's a one-time $2.99 purchase. There is no subscription, no membership and no recurring charge.
- What do I receive?
- A personalized digital astrology report in PDF format, available to download and also sent to your email address.
- How quickly will I receive it?
- Your report is generated right after payment and is normally delivered shortly afterward, usually within a few minutes.
- Is astrology scientifically proven?
- Astrology is a system of interpretation and personal reflection with a long cultural history. It is not presented here as a scientifically validated method for predicting future events, and your report should be read as a tool for self-reflection and curiosity.
- Can I get a refund?
- Your report is digital content delivered immediately. Under EU and Dutch consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, but that right lapses once delivery has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal — which you confirm at checkout. If something goes wrong with your order, for example your report is not delivered or is faulty, contact us and we will fix it or refund your purchase.
