Who is responsible for your data

NextZodiac, based in the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@nextzodiac.com.

What we collect

• Birth details you enter: name, date of birth, birth time and birth place.
• Your email address, used to deliver your report.
• Payment information, which is processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Usage data, such as pages visited and conversion events, used to understand and improve the website.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To generate and deliver your report — performance of the contract you enter with us.
• To handle support requests and refunds — performance of the contract.
• To send marketing emails — only where you have given separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and improve it — our legitimate interest in operating a safe and effective service.

Who processes data for us

We use service providers to run the website, process payments (Stripe), generate report content and send email. They act as processors under agreements that restrict them to our instructions.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is retained as long as required by Dutch tax law. Birth details are kept only as long as needed to deliver and re-deliver your report and to handle support requests. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Marketing emails

Marketing emails are optional and separate from the delivery of your report. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under the GDPR/AVG you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

We use functional storage needed to run the checkout flow, and privacy-friendly analytics to measure how the site performs. Non-essential tracking is only used with your consent.
