1. Who we are

NextZodiac is a Netherlands-based provider of personalized digital astrology reports. These terms apply to every purchase made through this website.

2. What you buy

You buy a single, personalized astrology report, generated from the birth information you provide and delivered as a downloadable PDF and by email. There is no account, no membership, no subscription and no recurring payment. The price is $2.99 USD as a one-time payment, unless a different price is displayed at checkout.

3. Accuracy of the information you provide

Your report is generated from the name, date of birth, birth time and birth place you enter. If that information is incorrect or incomplete, the resulting report may be inaccurate. If you do not know your exact birth time, parts of the chart — in particular the rising sign and house placements — may be less precise.

4. Delivery

Your report is generated after your payment is confirmed and is normally available shortly afterwards, both as a download and by email to the address you provide at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent at checkout by confirming that you want immediate delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the report is not delivered or is faulty. In that case contact us and we will re-deliver the report or refund your payment.

6. Nature of the service

Astrology is offered here as a system of interpretation and personal reflection. Reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection and are not presented as a scientifically validated method of predicting future events. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property and personal use

Your report is for your own personal use. You may keep, print and share it privately, but you may not resell it or redistribute it commercially.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU remain applicable.
